In short: this website does not use cookies, does not run any analytics or tracking scripts, and does not collect any personal data automatically. The only information we hold about you is whatever you choose to send us by email or phone.
Who we are
This website is operated by Graham York Rare Books, 225 High Street, Honiton, Devon, EX14 1LB. You can contact us at books@gyork.co.uk or on 01404 441727.
Data we collect
This site is a static set of pages with no forms, accounts, or checkout. It does not automatically collect, store, or process any personal data from visitors, and it does not use cookies of any kind.
If you contact us directly, by email or telephone, we will use the details you give us (such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message) only to respond to your enquiry, for example about a book, a catalogue, or an order. We do not add you to any mailing list without being asked, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties.
External links
This site links out to other websites, including AbeBooks, our previous website, and other third-party pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we would encourage you to check their own policies.
Your rights
If we hold any personal data about you, for example from an email enquiry, you can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, by contacting books@gyork.co.uk.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how this site works changes, for example if we ever add analytics or a contact form, we will update this page to reflect it.
